Receiving Your Pay

Work-Study Students

After you authorize direct deposit, your paycheck will automatically be deposited into your designated U.S. bank account each week. 

New student workers will be able to make their pay elections (direct deposit) during their onboarding in Workday@Penn. Current student workers may manage their pay elections by logging in to Workday@Penn and selecting Personal Information and then About Me > Pay to enter your preferred account. If you don't have a local bank, click here to find one. 

If you choose not to enroll in direct deposit, your pay will be produced as a paper check that you must pick up from the Office of Student Employment , located in Suite 100 of the Franklin Building (3451 Walnut Street). You will be notified by email when your paycheck is available for pick up. 

Non-Work-Study Students

If you choose not to enroll in direct deposit, you will receive your pay on an ADP ALINE card. For more information, visit the Penn Payroll website.
