2023-2024 Financial Aid Application Checklist

In order to be considered for Penn need-based financial aid, you must submit all of the following information by the dates listed.

Deadlines

Submit all required applications and documents by May 1, 2023 to ensure timely processing of your financial aid package. Applications received after this date will be processed as quickly as possible. 

The FAFSA is available each year starting on October 1, so you can get an early start on next year's application.

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student AID (FAFSA) online to the U.S. Department of Education.

We suggest using the IRS data retrieval tool for accuracy.

How to Submit Documents to SRFS

Please send your tax returns directly to SFS, as Penn does not participate in CSS/IDOC Services.
